The Challenge

FitCore Athletics had great products but incredibly low social media engagement. Their following was stagnant, and their content felt like obvious advertisements, which fostered a lack of community trust and authenticity.

Our Strategy

We pivoted entirely away from static product imagery and aggressive sales tactics. We designed a massive User-Generated Content (UGC) campaign titled "The Core Movement". This relied heavily on short-form video content featuring real athletes and everyday users testing the apparel.

The Execution

Our team produced high-energy, fast-paced video editing templates and established a solid community management workflow. We engaged directly with every comment and initiated brand challenges across TikTok and Instagram Reels to go viral.

The Result

The campaign shattered expectations. Driven by the viral nature of the UGC, FitCore Athletics grew their audience by 500,000+ new followers within 6 months, leading to widespread stock sell-outs across three consecutive launches.
